Where to start?
I guess with an introduction.
Hi! My name is Kassi.
I was born 30+ years ago on a cold, snowy day in January to 2 loving parents….. ok I can spare you details.
My husband and I live outside Kerrville with our 2 boys. Tommy is 4 and Kyle is 2. I also have a bonus son, Dakota, who is 15 and lives with his mom. Tommy is my little engineer. He is always trying to figure out how things work and how things come apart. Kyle is just a little whirlwind who loves to drive his tractor around and play with his trains, but mostly he loves to do everything big brother does… which often leads to me yelling at someone to stop hitting or kicking the other one or me telling them to give it back to the other. We have 2 dogs, 2 cats and more Jeeps than I care to admit. Jeep life is the best life. I love to hunt and fish, drive dirt roads with my jeep crew and just spend time with my family. My extended family is all from around Doss, Harper and Fredericksburg so when we get together it is always an event.
I grew up mostly in north Texas just outside of Denton and also graduated from The University of North Texas. It was there I started my work career. I spent the better part of almost 17 years working for the same restaurant company until coming to my current family at Ranch Radio Group. The change at first was stressful and nerve racking. 17 years. 17 years. That is my entire adult life and now to start something new... Overwhelming at first. After doing something, anything for that long it was hard to say goodbye for good. But it was so worth it. To say I have never been happier at a job would be an understatement. This job, the people. It really is a family and a great one at that. I am definitely blessed and lucky. A little over 3 months in and now I am asking why I waited so long. Then again, I wouldn’t be here writing this and you would never read it. Everything happens for a reason and God has a plan that is in His timing and not always in ours.
