I know it may sound strange but I am so thankful for weekends. When you work in the restaurant industry weekends are just another day. Weekends, holidays, restaurants are open. They are busier meaning you work. People would say thank goodness it's Friday but to me that didn't mean much except it would be busier and more $$$. Weekends are a time for resetting, for relaxing. A time to spend with family and friends. Go on walks, go kayaking, have a bbq, read a book, go off-roading with friends, sleep in, stay up late, go camping, count the stars, celebrate the simple things, celebrate the blessings in your life.
