Simply put, to get vinegar out of your clothes, carpet, couch.... USE VINEGAR. You can put it in a spray bottle and then let it sit. Just rub off and rinse with some water. If it is really bad, say on their clothes you can soak it in vinegar. Definitely do this before you put clothes in the washing machine and it spreads to everything else. Vinegar. Regular or apple cider. I haven't found that it matters too much which. I do prefer the regular simply because it is clear.
